At Carlow Triathlon Club, we offer a structured weekly schedule designed to support triathletes of all abilities. Whether you’re new to the sport or training for your next Ironman, you’ll find a mix of coached, group, and self-paced sessions across all three disciplines.
The timetable shown reflects our Summer Schedule, which runs during the warmer months when open water swimming is safely accessible. During the winter months, when open water swimming is not feasible, we switch to coached swim sessions in the swimming pool. These pool-based sessions are structured and professionally led to help you maintain or improve swim technique and endurance during the off-season.
